Eyecatching Sectional Door Design for New Build Home

We were initially contacted by a Lancashire based timber frame manufacturer who had a client in France they were currently working with. The brief was that the owner was looking to install a pair of sectional garage doors into their attached garage but had a requirement for a specific colour and also required windows to allow light to enter inside the building as the space was going to be utilised as a workshop.

After an initial discussion with regards to sizes, door design and method of operation we were able to offer the customer a number of options to choose from however after much debate they opted for a pair of Gliderol insulated sectional garage doors in the Hampton design. As they were matching the colour to the front door they chose a medium blue powder coated finish and the windows they selected are a sunburst design. Additionally, for added convenience the customer choose to upgrade to electric operation using the reliable Gliderol Optima motor.

As you can see the timber frame home is under construction in France and the garage doors have now been installed by the builders. We think the results look great and once the rest of the house is clad with timber the doors will create a magnificent focal point to the front of their home.
