So, you’ve chosen and ordered your brand new roller garage doors, sectional garage doors or roller shutter doors. All you need do now is sit and wait for them to arrive then you can get on with the installation.

Delivery Coverage Areas

We offer a comprehensive delivery service on all the products we supply. We can deliver doors to anywhere in the mainland UK direct from the manufacturer.

We offer FREE DELIVERY to all UK postcodes with the exception of addresses located either within the M25 motorway or in the North West of Scotland (north of a line between Fort William and Inverness.)

If you require a product to be shipped outside of the UK, we are able to deliver your new garage doors to any shipping agent, logistics company or port of your choice. In addition to this, we also offer the opportunity to upgrade the packaging to include crating the door and all of its components to ensure it arrive at its final destination in one piece.

Products such as motors, spare parts & remote controls can be delivered to all mainland UK postcodes with FREE DELIVERY.

Manufacturers Delivery Schedules

Gliderol Roller Garage Doors and Sectional Garage Doors that are ordered by noon on a Tuesday are normally manufactured that week and dispatched for delivery the following. Orders placed after the deadline will not be made until the following week to keep in line with the manufactures schedule of making the doors. Please note that at busy times the lead time may change so it is always worth while checking with us prior to ordering. Laminated colours other than Golden Oak or Rosewood will have a 3-4 week lead time as they are a non stock item.

Woodrite Wooden Garage Doors are a made to order item and as such will have a lead time of between 2-3 weeks. This is to allow the doors to be made to your exact specification in terms of size, design and finishes required etc.

Henderson G60 Insulated Sectional Garage Doors currently have a lead time of 3-4 weeks from the date the order is placed, however may be sooner.

Most WM Shutters roller doors are delivered within a 3 week period from the date of order. If faster delivery is required, please enquire with us as we may be able to request an order is fast tracked.

Please bear this in mind when ordering to avoid disappointment.

Delivery

During the week of the expected delivery date we will send you an email to confirm the door has been dispatched. The relevant manufacturers driver will then contact you up to 24 hours prior to delivery to organise the exact day and to give an approximate expected time of arrival.

Please note that our drivers are single manned, therefore will require assistance offloading the doors.

Suitable access should be available as delivery wagons are often large and require space to turn. Should access be restricted please let us know at the time of ordering as alternate arrangements may have to be made.

Storing Your Door Prior To Installation

Gliderol single skin roller garage doors will be delivered with polystyrene blocks on which to support the door prior to installation. The spindle should be place on both ends so the door roll is off the floor.

Unlike many of our competitors, we supply Gliderol single skin roller doors with additional steel wrapping to protect the roller doors during transit. This is to ensure we deliver the doors to you in showroom condition.

Although the doors are well protected, care should be taken to avoid damaging the door prior to installation. Please note that in no circumstances should the door be sat on, stood on or rolled across the floor as damage will occur.

Insulated roller garage doors and roller shutter doors will be supplied bubble wrapped to prevent damage. Please store roller door parts on a suitable flat surface, possibly the floor of your garage or somewhere safe that no one is likely to knock them over or stand on them. Please bear in mind that putting the door on an uneven surface may cause damage to the structure or the paintwork of the door.

Sectional Garage Doors are supplied in a protective wrap to prevent damage to the door panels occuring. The tracks and fitting packs will also be supplied in a number of packages.
